Hmmm. I don't know what to think about this. I'd be happier to see this marketed than formula, but I really think that it should only be available to those who absolutely couldn't breastfeed and options for lactation consultants available for everyone else.

Hmm. It sounds like the original link is saying it's Japanese, not Cambodian. Anyway, my (sad) guess is that it's formula or "follow-on formula" in perhaps the most fantastically blatant Code violation ever. Although if it is breastmilk, I'm very curious to learn more!!
